Absolutely Horrible

I signed up for a trial and the first time someone came they cleaned HORRIBLY. I then put in a customer service complaint so that I could cancel my account. They never got back to me so I had to cancel and they charged me $99. This is such a fraud, I get charged $99 for a horrible service that they know is horrible. They’re basically scamming people out of $99

It was so reasonable and he did such a good job. Really helped ease the stress of my son wedding. Came when we weren’t home and took care of everything!

OMG. Customer Service is lost on these people. Finally got someone to cancel my plan, after they kept adding bookings to my account even though I was well outside the 12-month commitment I had signed up for. Same song and dance as most - last minute Handy “pro” switches, canned replies from their crummy customer service reps, and pros running off with cleaning supplies. I ran screaming from this whack company.
