Always freezing, poor video quality, takes too long to load, doesn’t work half of the time to do what I purchased this for and there’s not even a proficient customer care line that can help.

This camera and app are the worst! Difficult to install, and ZERO customer assistance. App keeps crashing and get failure to register messages. I threw this piece of junk in the trash. Total waste of money.

I’ve enjoyed the accessibility, however the picture quality isn’t as good as the less expensive Zmodo cameras I now have. Also, I’d like to be able to have it send notifications without the siren going off. The features seem dated compared to what’s available on the market. The night vision picture quality is NOT great. But... I do love the 360 feature better on the Guardzilla 360 than my other cameras.

Don’t buy it. Don’t buy into it. Don’t believe the hype. I’m telling you first hand that I paid $100 for this “self monitoring” camera. “Motion detection” yeah ok. First off...if you put this “indoor outdoor” camera outside your house, it won’t even be detected by your WiFi that only 5 feet away (literally), THEN, there’s nothing stopping someone walking by to just snatch the damned thing off its mount considering it only held on by magnet. THEN, if you can manage to get by the EXCRUCIATING 3 steps and get you stupid camera to even connect to your network, (I have x1 high speed brand new xfinity WiFi with router extender for long distances) the last step is telling you that it’s free to download the app, free to set up, free to install. Just not free to use. “No monthly fee” means it won’t work as anything more than a decoy that can be snatched from the wall. VERY DISSATISFIED VERY DISAPPOINTED, angry that it makes you jump through hoops just to tell you that you have to send money to a 3rd party company for their “self monitoring system” NOT FREE. DOESNT WORK. Please OH PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. And gaurdzilla....if your reading this.....I WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW NOT TO USE YOUR PRODUCT. It’s a fluke, a gimmick. People like you are what’s wrong with the world and I want my damned $100 back. You piece of trash. Have a nice day ?

Outside cameras lasted less than 6 Mos in Fl was told by Gonzilla they were most likely cooked by the sun ... Dah Florida ! Richard

You can't even use the camera because the app doesn't work. My 5 year old could have made a better app to use than this. Don't waste your time or money. Useless.
Night vision missing on latest version of app

I have looked for a how to guide that is CURRENT on turning back on the night vision it’s no where to be found loved this thing BEFORE app update hate it now
