Great for pets

I bought this to be able to see my furry family members when I’m away and it works perfectly for that and I haven’t had any problems with the app at all. Works great every time.

I usually do not leave reviews but because I bought this product to help with security, I figure others might be doing the same. The quality of the camera is fairly good considering what I paid. However, the app, when viewing the camera through your phone, is very undependable. I have issues with viewing the camera at home with 50 MBS download speed over Wi-Fi. The screen is constantly freezing. This is annoying especially when notifications alert you to activity. I would give a strong four star rating if the camera on the app stopped freezing, which was my reason for the purchase.

It’s crashing when I first open the app everyday. Sometimes auto arm is buggy and doesn’t turn off or turns on while I’m at home. The ads during an alert notification is garbage and dumb

It works to a point. But as others have stated to many false alarms which as a woman alone can really scare you in the middle of the night. Need an additional alarm system besides this brand.

I regret ever spending 200 dollars on such unreliable and unresponsive devices. It sends notifications when there is nothing detected. When there is an action the cameras do not catch it at all. It sends the notification after the person is already in the house. Useless! And, of course, I am sick and tired of your requests to sign up for “professional monitoring “.

I have had my cameras, 6 all together for four years, They have never failed. You need a reliable WiFi system running at 2.5 MH I can watch indoors and outdoors , garage, no fail. I also live in Florida, and visit PA. For three month a year I watch all parts of the house. Even when hurricane Irma went through our hood. Never lost connection. Five star.

Picked this up to check up on our dogs. It works well for what we wanted it to do. We’ve had it for about three weeks and haven’t had any issues.
