Not getting what I pay for

I pay to be able to record longer videos with sound. I get no sound and now since the app update I can’t even play the videos it recorded. I am very disappointed in how this is happening.

My cameras are recording but the videos are not playing it’s like taken screenshots but not pulling up a pic or video to play

notifications stop sending notice to my phones. SD card up to 32gbs, but unknown card kept happening after a few hours restart the camera.

The cameras and app usually work for monitoring. But the video feature never works. Not at all helpful if you need pics for the authorities in case of theft. So I have paid for a subscription that I will not use because I am returning the cameras.

For me it has had it’s moments where I very nearly gave up on it totally. First of all I’m on my 2nd camera. Then after having a fairly long stint of good luck with it it just seemed to quit on me. I could not get it to reboot and at the very last step would keep giving me an error message. That, followed up by an 800 #. I immediately thought I was being forced into signing up for a payment plan to continue service. That was an incorrect assumption. Although I shelved the unit for quite some time I finally tried to hook it all up again and then forced myself to call and sit on hold until a tech was available. Ironically it works better than ever now and I’ve found more and more ways to put it to use. From monitoring baby Robins, to watching my electric car charging system, along with guarding our front entrance. It also came in handy watching a raccoon that has been persistent at eating our bird suet. Well done Guardzilla.

Had it for about 3 weeks now. Does pretty good. Sound quality is a little lacking but other than that pretty good!

The cam is okay it’s good to be able to watch the house while gone on vacation or wherever you are. The app has been horrible since the last update. It’s always freezing have to close it. Uninstalled the app to see if it will fix it. Guess we will see if it helps. Not a bad cam needs more features like longer recording times without paying for it wider view of the house

I was really hoping this was the answer. Extremely easy to set up. We have 2 of them. Response time is horrible!!! We never have both working at the same time! The concept is cool but the product isn’t. ?

Bought this thing, thinking it would be a great add on to the house, while away from home. After installing app, freezes, crashes, and wouldn’t connect to camera anymore. This would be a Worst investment purchase. Glad I got my money back.
