Sometimes the auto alarm works but most of the time doesn’t have to set it manually . I emailed CS because their number goes to VM and states it is full. One time they said in an email to reset which didn’t work or reboot. I deleted the app reinstalled and set the cameras up again. Still doesn’t work. Hopefully you are reading this before you buy. I strongly recommend that you buy another system that does what it is suppose to and a Company that has reliable CS, I am tossing mine Shame no place to have a minus rating since I would give it -100
Own 6 cameras and have given up on this system every working consistently. Have tried every trick under the sun... delete app, re-install app, reset cameras, change settings on app, reset WiFi, reboot WiFi and modem, sacrifice a virgin... if these cameras were on fire I wouldn’t piss on them... just let em burn
If all you want to do is use this camera manually to see what’s going on outside then do it—but I bet you have a life. The application to see recordings crashes continuously and there is no way to download these. It’s a total waste of money. Just look out your window—and save the hassle.
I’ve got two expensive outdoor cameras that I can no longer get the Software to recognize. The worst part is the software keeps telling me to push a button on my camera but my camera has no button. Again, I’m done.
3 hours in and I can’t even get the app to recognize my camera. App crashes or hangs on the very last step...then the Guardzilla WiFi signal drops. I give up. It should not be this difficult. I’m very technical oriented.
I bought two cameras of this brand and they were the most difficult horrible cameras to own I suggest you get different brand because this one there’s no customer support it’s horrible
It drops recording and the cam shows blank, before it was fine but I guess the update changed and now it just sends notifications when there’s someone there, but it didn’t record it and the cam shows black
Works for a month. Now won’t connect to phone app and won’t reset tried everything. Will never buy again. Buy a momentum these cameras have lasted years
Guardzilla internet not found, been like this for 2 months, can’t get any help from anyone, the only email they keep saying is the same thing over and over again. And I keep saying it’s still not working. REFUND me my money back!
