Fun toy to aggravate the kids

Just try to remove a dead camera! None of the delete buttons function. If your camera dies and you install another camera, the dead camera will remain forever and will try to logon forever The app requested a firmware update on the new camera and the camera died afterwards


Worked Until the last update

This camera worked great up until the last update. Now it is significantly sluggish in the app and takes a long time to connect. I have checked my network and everything is working fine. I have restarted the camera, it connects to the network just fine. All this started with last app update.


No recorded video

My Guardzilla worked fine for a few months but then stopped recording the event videos. I tried contacting Support a couple of times with no success. It’s been saying they are not online at the present time. I thought it was a good buy until now.

Do NOT sign up for the recorded monitoring. It does NOT work and you will very very rarely ever get a response back from this company. Thieves.

I have had this camera for about a year now. I usually take full advantage of it once I leave town for like a week or two. But it has not been recording and the screen is continuously staying black I have reached out to the customer service department at least three times by email already asking for troubleshooting steps as well as if it has been charging my card for weekly payments as it should thinking that could of been the problem and I don’t see any payments being deducted from my account. The representatives wasn’t no type of help to me with this camera! I don’t see any customer service number to contact them directly! I am beyond irritated with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!! A complete waste of money from Walmart!

I have 2 indoor ones that work fine. Because I like the indoor ones so well I purchased three outdoor ones. At first I had regular batteries in them when I went to customer support they said I had to use lithium batteries. OK so now I use lithium batteries and all was well for a few months and each one of them crashed on me. Customer support never return my calls or my emails. And I have three outdoor cameras that are sitting on my bookshelf because they’re not working.

I paid for the monthly subscription for cloud storage and I don’t ever see the recordings . I tried contacting Guardzilla a few times and no response. I’m not able to get refund through Apple and these cameras only work for viewing in real time you can’t see what was recorded even though it says they fixed the issue. So fed up with them don’t waste your money or time with this company.

The reason for the low rating is due to lack of support response. I’ve sent 3 issues on their support form with no response to any of them. I have the 360 outdoor camera and it works ok, but no way to adjust radius of motion detection. So every time a car drives by I get a notification. Recording stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Still no response from support.

Just plain awful. Company is absolutely the slowest responding company ever! Camera has completely stopped working and appears like it is being run by someone else. Will not let me reset it and company doesn’t call or offer anything other than the first steps when you first set it up upon purchase. Read today on guardzilla having some security issues referring to other people being able to access their cameras and recommended disconnecting the camera completely. At this point I do not recommend these cameras to anyone. Maybe I will change my mind if guardzilla can show me otherwise. Very frustrating!
