When you first buy the Camera it says that all the features are for free. Once you install it some features are charged a monthly fee. Also it would be nice to be able to talk and listen as well. The way the camera is set up is that you talk or listen but not both. It has an excellent night vision.

The help videos don’t match the new app setup. I have a new WiFi and the WiFi network isnt where it says it is on the video, in fact I can’t find it anywhere so now my camera is useless.

You think you get support for security camera 24 seven but no. At least during their open hours you think they’d call you back after leaving a message speaks volumes of the commitment to the customer

Update: Problem was a bad cable modem and router. Bought my own modem and router (instead of renting a combo unit from Comcast) and the Guardzilla cam hasn’t had a hiccup since
App is designed to fail

Never works with any micro sd card you put in it. After the card is full the camera plain stops working. It will magically work when you subscribe to their monthly service ?

If you are looking for home security or even a consistently working product, DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE! $100 camera??? I have purchased a $50 dlink that does NOT freeze every single time I open the app, or watch a live feed for more than 10 seconds, does NOT notify me that the motion sensor detected something then will not play the video, and has a much better FPS with no skips. Latest App v1.4.3, will not allow me to change device password or view event history video I have “excellent” WiFi signal strength, have tried to lower the picture quality (with same crappy results), have reset the device and reconfigure, tried iOS and Android interfaces, and this camera is still junk.

With each update it has gotten worse, it freezes all the time and have to restart phone for it to work.

Easy installation and software setup. I think the price is a little high but it's very competitive with other security cameras. I'm pretty much satisfied and like to add cameras as I can afford to.

The cameras are good but the app needs a COMPLETE overhaul. I get lots of notifications but very few events ever appear in the app. The app is always crashing. You have to have a SD card in each camera to see what the camera is seeing.... it won’t show up in the app.
