I wish I could give this 0 stars. I’ve never been able to pair the Guardian Sensor to my iPhone and I haven’t met one person that has! This is absurd. Dexcom G6 pairs seamlessly! Complete garbage here

In order to use the application you must disable the automatic update of the phone which means a security problem. The person who attended me at Medtronics asked me for personal information and did not answer any of my questions. It was a terrible service.
MUST FIX THIS PROBLEM
Been trying to get this to work for years but my sensor will never connect to my phone. And I’ve tried everything to fix it. No idea why it won’t work. Even tried with a second one when I got a replacement sensor, and still nothing.

I have a Medtronic 770g with the GL3 sensor I have followed the on screen directions however after failing to link with the sensor via Bluetooth after 30 attempts I give up I phone 11 iOS 14, Brand new pump and sensor, Blue tooth works for everything else with the phone Absolutely no issues connecting the sensor to the pump Not happy at all 770 was recently released and this should be working

The developers are extremely slow to update this app for ios compatibility. So frustrating. I turn off automatic updates, but it’s seriously months before I’m able to update IOS. Otherwise I risk having no ability to use my sensors because this app is not compatible. This is one of the number one reasons why I do not like Medtronic.

I have tried, at least, 50 times to try and pair my CGM with this app to no avail. Last update was over a year ago so, like most things Medtronic related, I don’t imagine the company is all that interested in customer feedback.

So frustrating. I can be sitting next to my phone and the signal gets disconnected. Sometimes it is very hard to sync back.

iOS not supported and there hasn’t been an update for this app in a year!? Seriously? Got a new phone today and it came with ios 15. Now I have no access to the guardian connect app. What am I supposed to do? Ridiculous. It’s always NOTHING but problems with medtronics ever since I got the CGM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Real time data great. No 7,14,30 or 90 day average glucose data? No approximate a1c data. Have to calibrate way too often. Sometimes in the middle of the night. No real help.

The new iPhone has been out for almost 3 weeks: my work forces me to upgrade every time a new one comes out, and their mundane staff did not think it would be a good idea to be proactive to update their software to support to the most popular device inthr world. I had Dexcom for years and was forced into this joke of a cgm because of insurance limitations. Medtronic is a bargain basement device at best. Shame on your incompetent programming staff.
