I’d rather see my glucose level on my Pump. But now that I’ve change the application and all my supplies what’s a person to do? And then you have to recalibrate during the night got to get up anyway so why not just test.

This was my third time downloading this app. It won’t connect and there is no trouble shooting for it. Yet again Medtronic disappointment me in their inability to delivery an app they spend more money on marketing then developing.
Won’t connect to transmitter, not up to date with latest iOS version

I’m sure this app is very helpful, but the app is not tested with the latest version of iOS, therefore I couldn’t get it to find my transmitter (assuming). I don’t have time to spend it on the phone for tech support to ask me to complete the Danes steps I’ve tried when I’ve changed my sensor the pst 3 weeks...still no update, still no way to enter transmitter manually. If my insurance didn’t have a “deal” with Medtronic, I’d have moved away from them by now. Feel free to contact me, Medtronic, if you can fix your issues without wasting my time.
Doesn’t work with latest iPod touch.

For how much the device costs, I went ahead and purchased a iPod touch just to use with my cgm. It said not supported when opening the app. Went ahead and updated to latest software on iPod touch and it still says not supported when opening the app. Medtronic needs to do better job keeping up with their software. Now I got a useless iPod touch with no use and can’t use my 3000$ cgm monitor.

When is the estimated time of release for the Guardian Connect app to make it compatible with iOS versions that are after iOS 12.2? The sales team said there would be an app update one month after Apple released their new iOS. There hasn’t been a compatibility update from MDT’s end in over 2 months (last one was version 3.2.4 released in May). When can we expect an update??

This App is terrible. It should get negative 5 stars. It does not connect to the CareLink server and I have to log in from a browser which defeats the whole purpose of an app. The fact it’s not available on Android is a horrible negative as well. A $30 billion company can’t make a app across two major platforms in 2019 ? Huge FAIL!

Great idea but doesn’t work

This is a great idea but the app refuses to sync with my transmitters. I have a 670G pump and Gaurdian system cgm and have spent about 3 hours total between 2 transmitters trying to get something to connect. Really wish this would work.

I’m still new to the 670G and guardian sensor but when I try to pair my iPhone and the app it doesn’t work. Please fix it!!

Stalls a lot or you have to sign in frequently sometimes every time you open it in one day. I view it as a critical part of diabetic care and when it freezes and doesn’t show you what you need to see it can be very frustrating.
