I am so over receiving promos that tell me I can save money by ordering a higher dollar amount of food just find out after I selected my menu and got my taste buds rocking…the promo doesn’t work,

They charged my card, confirmed delivery, and then cancelled the order…. Now I get to spend time I don’t have trying to get my money back… thanks Grubhub.

As far as the app, delivery driver, restaurants, etc. it’s all 5 stars. However, the pricing for the additional costs is ridiculous. I have to stay in isolation due to my cancer treatment. It makes me cry that I can’t even leave my house for few weeks to get a cup of coffee. I wanted a 6$ cup of coffee, and I have to pay 18$ to get it.

Unsatisfactory delivery

Ive using grubhub for three years, using the same home address. Today, my husband ordered from a place that delivered to the wrong house. I ordered from the same place she’s the driver was adamant that our apartment didn’t exist. Grubhub called and basically agreed with the driver-even though I ordered 2 meals thru yesterday. Unbelievable.

Driver just cancelled order but drove off with food, another driver showed up to pick up my order but employee proceeded to tell them that it was already picked up by another driver

Incomplete orders

We have had issues with the last two orders. Items that were in our basket and paid for according to the app, ended up not even being ordered. I ended up spending another $30 just for a burger that was dropped off of the first order. The second time, half of our order was missing even though it was in the basket and paid for. Done with Grub Hub.

Awful in app customer service

Saw my driver wasn’t heading towards the restaurant and knew it would take too long so I asked customer service about canceling my order and the person (billy L if any of y’all Grubhub people looking at this he needa get fired asap) was incoherent and clearly didn’t even know the problem at hand then after giving no help asked for a good chat review and left.
