I’ve been using this service for years but recently it’s been a complete mess. So many incorrect orders and their only solution is a refund. I don’t want a refund, I want the food to be delivered. Other delivery services will send someone to get the food to correct the issue so I’m switching to Postmates or DoorDash from now on.
Orders are consistently late 45-mins to an hour

At point of sale, delivery times are shown and after placing orders the actual delivery times are 45 mins to an hour later than shown

Consistent nonexistent promo code issues

I have consistently had a problem where I haven’t applied a promo code but it says my promo code can’t be applied and that I should remove it. I DIDN’T EVEN USE ONE. It won’t put my order in until I remove the nonexistent promo code. This happens every now and then and lasts for a few days. I’ve started using Doordash instead because I literally can’t order food on grubhub.
