Ordered on GrubHub for first time from Wingloon. Ordered was set up for a 50-60 minute delivery but arrived in 30 minutes. Food was delicious and service was excellent - will definitely order from them again.

Recent bug re Change Location

In recent versions, I am no longer able to switch locations if, for example, the nearest 7-Eleven does not have what I want in stock but another one does. Previously I have been able to do this without issue, but now, firstly WHERE it lists other locations has moved to a less immediately visible place, and then, when I FOUND it, it says Change Location but when I choose a different location it doesn’t WORK, it just reverts to the default. Please fix.

Never spend money here. Here I am at 8 pm with no food because my delivery driver disappeared with my order and they can’t reorder the food. Total scam Will be switching to another app. NEVER USE GRUBHUB

Half the order incorrect my first time ordering, complained about it in a timely fashion so amount was adjusted before appearing on account, but felt a little in the dark in the process. Last week when I asked GrubHub for help they responded by ‘contact your bank’. The bank responded with an 800 number. Monday I called GrubHub back said this is silly, why can’t you just credit GrubHub account? She declined and responded again to contact the bank. Yesterday went to same bakery and ordered the sandwich I thought was correct but the order was also wrong that day…meaning my entire order was incorrect!!! Called bank today to explain, was on hold 10 min and then sent to claims department where I was told wait would be at least another 10 min. I’m so patient but decided to share my experience to prevent future occurrences then try to orchestrate GrubHub to do the right thing. The sad thing is the cost of food averages a FEW DOLLARS MORE PER ITEM so you’d think your order would be correct Side note: Driver was the only positive thing, followed instructions and didn’t have to call for directions Would NOT recommend after said experience.

i just spent the last of my money in my back account ordering food and they canceled my order for no reason and i won’t get the money back for 3-5 days. now i’m broke and hungry

Zero Stars -This Company has Become Intolerable

Wish I could give no stars. Had to delete this app after using it regularly for over two years. Lately, I’ve been ordering food from various restaurants and initially it will show a 30-40 minute delivery time. However, 2 hours later and 4 driver changes my order is cancelled with no reason provided. When I contact customer service they just refund my money and give me a $10 credit. I don’t have this issue with any of the other delivery services. I would go with one of the other services and stand clear of this one. They are the worst of them all.
