Decent app but flawed tip calculator

App works great but the tip calculates on the grand total which includes fees and taxes. Sorry but I don’t believe in tipping fees and taxes. I have to adjust the tip based on the subtotal but doing so makes me look like a cheapskate since the percentage shown is lower because of how they calculate by the grand total.

Have had so many frustrating experiences with this app. From getting a roach in my food and only being refunded for one dish, to the food taking 3 hours and them not being able to contact the restaurant. You are better off calling a restaurant and ordering from places 1 on 1. This app is a disgraceful intermediary.
