Uber Eats is SO much better! Grubhub did not deliver my food- it was probably stolen from the driver. I was promised the order would be re-delivered in 30 mins. After 40 mins I call back and I’m told my request was denied?? Food never came and I was charged $. I was told I’d get a refund but we’ll see if that even happens bc I’ve read plenty of complaints stating people never got their promised refund. Having worked in a store that uses Grubhub I can assure you their customer service is not good. There have been many cases of drivers stealing food and grub hub doesn’t even really do anything about it.

Efficient but Sometimes Incorrect

Most restaurant will prepare my orders on time, but some restaurant never received my order, cancelled my order without reason, or did not physically exist.

I tried your restaurant before when I was working long hours, and enjoyed every bit of it. It’s going to be a long 14 hours, might as well enjoy the weekend with crab legs. I never met a crab leg l didn’t like. ?
Difficult to use gift card

There should be a clear option to use a grub hub gift card. My order automatically went to my credit card without the option to use my gift card.
