I don’t get it I’m like 8 miles outside of Henderson Ky yet I can only order food from Owensboro 20 miles away or from Evansville indiana and they have to drive threw Henderson to get here
Order is delivered to the wrong address everytime

I put in my address correctly everytime and it consistently gets delivered to the wrong address the next town over

They allow drivers to run off with your food and this has happen to me 8 times IN A ROW NOW

Ordered 4 hamburgers and fries, tipped driver 20%.. arrived 40 minutes late and cold. Won’t be ordering from this app again, we’ll pick it up ourselves or for price we paid with all of the additional fees go out and eat at the restaurant.

The app suddenly stopped working on my iPhone. It works on my iPad, so it’s not my account. Every time I try to sign in it says “we ran into an error.” Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work.

i am a college student and we have to use grubhub to order our food through the campus dining halls, because it is pickup i've never had huge problems. as for the delivery service, it is incredibly flawed and as of recently i have been in contact with some incredibly rude customer service reps and disrespectful drivers. sometimes i will place an order and get a driver that is already 30 plus minutes away and this happens almost everytime. i eat pretty late as a college student but i still make sure to order food an hour before the closing time listed on grubhub. just last night i got a driver who had mad 3 different stops before arriving at the store and was originally 30 mins away from the destination. the driver got about a couple blocks from the destination and sat there for 20 MINS! so once he arrived at the store it was inherently closed, so they had to assign me new grubhub drivers and i went through about 3 more after the fact. i got a call from customer service asking if i had got my order i answered and she said she was going to call the store and immediately hung up. a couple moments later i got a call saying the store didn't answer so they had to cancel and refund the money and before i could say anything she immediately hung up. so at this point i just decided to try to order more food and was having app technical difficulties. i ended up getting order and went through TWO more drivers in the mean time and the last one i got was as well 30 mins out. i contacted grubhub and they called the store and let me know my food would be delivered at around 11:30. once the driver had arrived at the store it was already 10:50 and they stayed at the store for more than 20 mins and some how my food was so cold as if it had been sitting for hours. do better grubhub

from my orders sometimes things go wrong, but they also say that they accept all payments including cash but only offer credit/debit, venmo, or paypal
