Fantastic service and delivery app

I was doubtful at first, but this delivery service is wonderful. It surpasses the ordering and pick up system of before. The drivers are friendly and courteous.??

The order is missing something over half the time…kinda expected at this point. It’s like the drivers and restaurants don’t work together to make sure everything is in the bag…like they just don’t care.

Don't ever bother with the service because they employe far more incompetent drivers than Door Dash. They claim to have contact you about your order and drop off your food. When they don't even bother to enter the building. I immediately cancelled the plus membership and never ordering through Grubhub again. Save yourself the hassle and don't give them your business.

DoorDash is much more user friendly and doesn’t require you to pay over 10 bucks for a delivery. Get DoorDash instead, screw Grubhub

I’m lazy and hungry. Grub Hub is the service that the restaurants I order from recommend their customers use. Don’t know why but GH always comes through.

I believe the service is incredible, however, most places have their own apps/delivery and the cost is way less. Just my 2 cents… literally!
It’s the company, not the app

I basically never get a correct and hot meal from Grubhub. I guess the app itself is fine, but the company takes no interest in customer service.

Respectful, attentive, and help to make my night wonderful. I’m a foodie but I’m extra heavy on customer service! Presentation is everything! I’m so grateful…first time ever In Illinois and it’s beautiful. Thanks Naperville and thanks for the wonderful people in your state! I also had kindhearted pastor to help on the airplane he’s a pastor at Bridgepoint. I’m just so grateful to have such an amazing experience especially on my first night. God is working it out as always just be still and keep the peace! Father God has us every step of the way!
