I consider myself to be a Loyal Customer with GreyHound, I travel frequently using GreyHound to get to my destination. And I must say, it has always been a good and safe travel. The drivers say what they have to say, they deliver their messages in a professional manner, making you feel safe, especially at a time like this, with all the chaos going on in the world. Even when we had restrictions on travel, GreyHound was there. Time may have stood still but not for me. GreyHound got me there, safe and on time. Thank You Essential Workers!!! I Truly Appreciate You All!!!?❤️?

Drivers treat guest as if they are hauling inmates off to prison. Never been to prison before but I assume that this is what it feels like. Besides that.... prices are very reasonable. I guess you get what you pay for lol.

Don’t travel with this company I’m on my way from NY to CT and literally the bus is full there are no chairs and I have to sit next to a stranger, the only free seat is because the man is not wearing a mask ! This is unverifiable!!!!

Worst Bus Service Ever If you messed up your booking information no refunds and to change it cost money so basically your paying 2x???????????????

Bus drivers have no sense of urgency, even though we are running an hour and a half late and I might miss my connecting bus. I am complaining about this awful experience.

I ride Greyhound every year at Christmas time! They are very good to me and are always there to assist me, as a Blind person! I’m very grateful for Greyhound! Thank you and see you in December! Jaime Ruth James
