I was supposed to catch the 6:50 pm bus from Raleigh to NY. That bus was late, literally not showing up till 4am. The lady was courteous and understanding. Got me on the next bus. I’m on it now,…on time! The driver is excellent. No complaints.

Have you ever heard the old adage, “Life is what you make of it”. I have traveled across America for years POV, Bus Plane Train. With Greyhound - I enjoy amenities such as safety belts, cell and computer charging equipment, heat and ac, and security at bus terminals and stops. The buses are generally kept clean and the toilet is usually fresh and clean. The employees work hard to perfect their craft in bus terminals. However, It takes everyone too make a bus trip enjoyable. You cannot blame the associates and employee’s, when in most cases it’s the Patrons. Kind Regards, And Happy Busing!.

The online booking process is smooth. It would be nice to see other stops that are close by. The final destination I wanted is limited. I almost gave up until a friend who used to live in NC told me to go to Norfolk VA as an option then take Uber the rest of the way. A drop down of all stops with their location such as north east, south, west, etc would be a great tab for those persons that might not be familiar with a particular state. Just a thought.
WARNING ON CURBSIDE PICKUP

Just wanted to give everybody a heads up when they mean arrive 30 minutes early you need to find the exact location in the parking lot or curbside because the bus can arrive in a very big window and only stays for a few short minutes before they takeoff again it’s your responsibility even if you’re partially blind to find the exact location and be there for the bus driver does not miss you.
