You can’t Make changes on you trip, practically you have to buy a new ticket bus.


App is now completely useless for blind people using voiceover

Earlier versions were accessible, but it is impossible to read anything on the screen now using voice over. I am thus left to use the greyhound website, which has its own accessibility issues but is at least somewhat usable.

app takes forever to log in then claims that I’m offline instead of the obvious server issue at Greyhound.

Worst transportation system ever. My first bus was late so my second bus left without me. Was told they were getting an uber for me that never came and the lady helping me left without making sure I had a way home. Do not recommend ever taking one of these buses if you would like to get home.

Almost missing connecting buses because they’re running late picking up stragglers or hitchhikers IDK, then having to wait on police because said hitchhiker or straggler sexually harassed/assaulted a female passenger, now waiting almost 3hours behind schedule for another bus driver. I’d rather walk than take greyhound ever again.


Cannot log in to the app.

When I try to log in, I get an error message saying the internet isn’t connecting. It has to be on Greyhound’s end because I am at home on Wi-Fi with no issues other than this.
