If you’re here because their computer-based website is terrible and will only allow you to view their ‘mobile’ site, and you’re looking for information on the terms you are agreeing to or for more information about your journey BEFORE booking, this app isn't for you. Major disappointment as it is the same platform as their mobile and desktop site. Completely unusable unless you have your credit card out already. This “app” is just their mobile site imported to an app. Could have been made by the CEO’s 7 year old child in coding camp.

i was suppose to leave at 1:20 & some lady from the company lied to me and said the bus was getting ready to found out the bus left than i come back at 2:20am and alot of delays worst bus line ever don’t recommended ????

I love using Greyhound for ALL my travel needs. Whether I go to California from Arkansas or California to New York. I don’t travel any other way.

Bus left without giving me a warning and I was standing right by him stretching my legs out. No refund and customer service hung up on me twice. So disrespectful

They don’t allow for an easy way to delete accounts. You have to go on their website and submit a request that immediately gets rejected
