Long wait
Love Greyhound
The last Two trips was delayed 1hr30mins both times the driver got off at the wrong exit in TN and last night the driver got us to Chicago 10 mins late but I can only say I won’t stop riding with greyhound

I lost my brother to a car accident so I couldn’t make my trip. When I asked for a refund (because I didn’t even use my ticket) they refused to give me my money back. HORRIBLE situation. I need that money!
