Every credit card I use shows “expired”

I am trying to purchase a trip and every credit card comes out “credit card expired”, when all my 5 credit cards expire 2024 or later. Man this app is a nightmare at times. Had issues with their rewards programs, log-ins, csr, etc. Slowly getting better but they got to do better when I travel regularly.

my bus was delayed by 3 hours and the app did not refresh to reflect that change. app should notify you if your trip is going to be delayed, especially when it’s delayed by that much. never riding another greyhound bus ever again. horrible experience, and would have changed my plans if the app notified me or updated in some way. very inconvenient.


What an AWFUL service

Too bad I can’t give a zero star. I bought a ticket from Colorado Springs to Denver earlier in the morning, I got to the bus stop a little early (4:30pm) since the bus it was supposed to depart at 4:50pm. After 30 mins waiting and not way to track the bus, I called a agent and I was told the bus was delayed 3 hours. Outrageous!!! No email/text or called was received, i don’t understand what’s the point on requesting this information if costumer won’t get notified? I’d never ever buy or use this service.

This is my first time using this and so far so good. I enjoy the simplicity of the app which makes it easy and fast to use.

This app is bad on an iPhone and will not even load on an iPad. I tried multiple times to enter my credit card information but it was not accepted. The Help Line would book the ticket, but at the very end of a long call they explained that there is a huge service charge to do it.

I tried to book a ticket on the app and on my computer using Google chrome. Either was working so I called the phone number that popped up on the error screen. The customer service was awful. They said the only way I could book the ticket was over the phone and that required an additional 20$ payment or by traveling to the closest “bus station” which was over an hour away. The manager refused to waive the $20 fee in lue of their website and app not working, they said they did not see any issues on their end. After reading the BBB complaints & these reviews, I’m grateful I did not book with Greyhound. Travelers beware!
