Greyhound is nothing but a scam and there’s no telling how many people like myself missed a bias and attempted to reschedule for the next day to be told that I couldn’t and they could not refund my money it’s got to be hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years so I will never use greyhound again and I will always recommend to people who mention greyhound that they are crooks

I had issue paying with the CC I wanted to just because Greyhound forced me to enter my name with my two last name, that it is how’s in my DL. The problem is I only use one last name (my father’s one) on all my CC. Greyhound is supposed to let me process my payment with my name as it is in Credit Card, not in the way they want it be.

This bus service is very unreliable, we had to wait for 2+ hours just to get our ride and this was insane.

At first my app was working fine, after my second trip- after any changes were made to my trip my ticket information was not found. The bus tracker isn’t accurate to cancelled or late busses and greyhound customer service employees are not given enough recourses to help us. Needs help and updates badly.

The worst experience I’ve ever had

Do not go with greyhound unless you absolutely have to I was supposed to be home yesterday at midnight it is now 3:30 and I still have a 7 hour drive just to my next bus that will probably be delayed 8 hours just like this one i am not happy with there service at all!
