I bought a card from my local store and I have downloaded the app to get my care started and it will not let me sign the card up. I put $100 on the card and it’s non refundable. This is the worst prepaid card I have ever gotten. I will be making complaints

What is up with this app? Doesn’t work at all. It will not do the initial transfer. Nothing tells me if a card is on the way. Try to track it and that doesn’t work. Nothing works. Feels like a scam app at this point. Collected my info and does nothing.

I purchased this prepaid Load and Go Visa and I can’t even register my card. Internet purchases require a registration of the card but like others here, I keep getting an error message and “try again later.” It’s been over 24 hours later and I still cannot get a customer service rep on the phone. What I do get is hung up on. Where is my money so I may apply for a refund? After this experience, I will never use this company again.

This is by far the worst card you can ever get I’m still waiting for my card it’s been two weeks wrote them an email but yet no reply wrote a comment on their website but yet no reply you call the customer service the automated service doesn’t let you do nothing can get a hold of my card because I don’t know my card number type in my Social Security ZIP CodeAnd date of birth but it’s saying it’s not right but there’s no way to get a hold of anyone to figure it out I would give this company zero stars and if I don’t get a hold of anyone I will report to better business bureau

I have tried calling , and texting an agent and I can’t still can’t seem to get any help to cancel my account! It is very frustrating since I have been trying for the past month to cancel this card . if anyone knows how to cancel this card please tell me ! I need help

This card/app is horrible. Doesn’t give any instructions on how to get access to the other features of the app. It says to call their tech support or visit their website for help in accessing but was still left with no answers. I gave them 1 star only cuz it was needed to leave this review.

App got hacked in identity theft.

App got hacked. It was fine for several years. Then it started to register purchases to iTunes - like 10 at one time but with no charge. At that time I could get a play back of purchases by calling the card number - it skipped over the fake charges . It was.also registering small Uber charges near actual charges. I thought. It was a test if I had money on the card. Then a notice came on the screen congratulating me on my having 30 transactions so no charge for March. They never did that before. And all those ITunes charges disappeared. So when Green Dot said in the app it was disputing my account. I hadn’t paid since the begining of the year. But I had cash in the account they could have withdrawn anytime and usually did. Calling the card number that used to respond only said if I lost a card hit 1. I kept trying to get a person. Finally I hit lost card to get a person. I got an auto voice telling method is for lost cards only if you hit one again we’ll cancel your card and send you a new one. This was my first taste that when you get identity theft, you get treated like a criminal. It’s been a nightmare. People don’t believe you. So that’s probably how a sophisticated computer hack works. They bring you in so you look like a co-conspirator. But I was disappointed when it Green Dot couldn’t even answer their phone. I
