I understand I’ve messaged you guys about this issue already, but it’s been 3 whole days since si posted my items and they haven’t hit the main feed yet. My friend said it’s been 6 days for him. This new “Authentication” system is not working. And it looks like the moderation team takes down listings for fun. How can you simply judge authentication off of a few pictures. Do you not know that some items people don’t have receipts for? It could be a old piece or a gift and they may not have a receipt because i have a lot of items that have been gifts from friends and family members. If your not directly having people look at the items in hand how can you judge authenticity. Some of my friends have been banned and taken off the site because you said their listings were in authentic when some of them had email confirmation in the listing. This new system you guys are doing is a flaw. Some of these listings miss verification and just get stuck in the pool of never hitting the main feed. You have completely messed with the sellers on this app it use to be a very good app.

I recently bought an item of clothing off of the app and it’s been in delivery for 24 days when i asked for a refund the grailed team but they refused. I seriously don’t recommend using this app. Use stockX or goat. Much safer options

A customer made a purchase.. the linked PayPal I have to my account didn’t receive the payment. So I wasn’t gonna send the item until I could see that it was a pending payment. I contacted grailed three times no answer. Two weeks later the buyer files a claim I ended up losing the case. I HAD TO PAY HIM BACK. So I lost money and didn’t even sell a item. Don’t waste your time with this app they’re no HELP!

I ordered sneakers for $300 the seller shipped me flip flops, Grailed banned his account but won’t refund me. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is fake and they are not helpful.

It’s a fine app to sell and buy, most of the time. But some of these sellers are shady as hell. Really do your research before buying, and read reviews beforehand.
