I sold something for 21 but only received 6.98 out of the whole transaction. Please sell else wear and avoid the high fees added through the use of PayPal.
The Wild West of clothing apps

The most unregulated of all used clothing apps. So many amateur sellers selling fake vintage clothes and horrible customer service with no consequences. A seller never sent the item after a week, leading to the sale to be automatically refunded. When I attempted to leave an appropriate review, I discovered I could not, because Grailed also automatically deletes listings in this scenario. This means sellers can get away with murder and suffer 0 consequences. And this was a “trusted seller.” You’ve been warned.
Least sophisticated Platform

This platform is set up in a way that allows countless scams, and the staff does not communicate whatsoever with its users. Personally i’ve had 3 different pair of shoes all authenticated that i’ve listed on here only for them to take 3 days to review and then remove the listings, saying they are ‘replicas’ when each pair have been ebay authenticated. I’ve also been scammed multiple times before i was actually able to buy anything successfully. This app is horrendous and needs much improvement. Would never recommend the platform to anyone else. 0/5 rating for anything to do with these bafoons.
Continues to send notifications without my permission

Turned off all notifications now, even my messages now. Why? Because they wont stop sending me stupid updates like "30% off LUXURY" like dude there's no more options to turn off. How do I keep getting notifications about stupid stuff. If I wasn't selling a ton on here I'd move platforms. How annoying you keep pushing your dumb sales on me. None of them are ever for small time sellers either (all dudes who have in's with the brands)

Hi i love grailed something that could be useful is that we only have two ways of sorting thru our favorite items; latest price drops and recently added, if you could make a sorting function for our favorite items that could be incredibly useful! like be able to search for tops, bottoms, accessories

Has to be a bug. Turned off all notifications minus DMs, and spammy sale notifications keep coming through. Had to kill notifications in the Settings app itself to stop the spam
