Terrible – Grailed – Buy & Sell Fashion Review

I understand I’ve messaged you guys about this issue already, but it’s been 3 whole days since si posted my items and they haven’t hit the main feed yet. My friend said it’s been 6 days for him. This new “Authentication” system is not working. And it looks like the moderation team takes down listings for fun. How can you simply judge authentication off of a few pictures. Do you not know that some items people don’t have receipts for? It could be a old piece or a gift and they may not have a receipt because i have a lot of items that have been gifts from friends and family members. If your not directly having people look at the items in hand how can you judge authenticity. Some of my friends have been banned and taken off the site because you said their listings were in authentic when some of them had email confirmation in the listing. This new system you guys are doing is a flaw. Some of these listings miss verification and just get stuck in the pool of never hitting the main feed. You have completely messed with the sellers on this app it use to be a very good app.
