I like Grailed in general as an app but this new UI is Terrible. I used to frequently go on Grailed before and look for new clothing items to purchase, but since this update I now only go on Grailed every once in a blue moon because the UI Home Screen is so bad. I really wish they would go back to the old UI.
Simply Cannot Solve The Glitches

I am unsure who the digital engineers of this app are, but they are awful at their job. I’ve waited over a month for multiple glitches in the app to be fixed. They fixed a few of them successfully, but many still continue to happen. My app randomly crashes. I am unable to successfully rotate pictures when I post items. The “my items” page continues to glitch and shoot back up to the top when you are scrolling through it. There are a few more issues I could add, but there’s no point. It’s pretty frustrating as an avid user of this app to continue to have these issues when they never used to happen. UPDATE: my app continues to glitch and crash non stop. It constantly crashes whenever I go through my own feed of items. It has probably crashed 10-15 times in the last 30-45 minutes I have been on the app. Quit spending pointless time trying to edit how people’s feeds look when you can’t even keep the app bug free and working properly.

Feed layout is much less engaging. It leads to missing what I want to see, and I don’t want to doom scroll for stuff. Seller account page is diminished as well.

Sold Louis Vuitton Keepall 55 on here. FIRST it was deemed inauthentic TWICE when I bought it in store myself. Had several interested parties at the time that Grailed all chased away claiming my item was fake when i literally PROVIDED RECEIPT from Louis Vuitton. When it was finally resisted none of these kids read the description. I finally sold my item and Grailed has been holding my money with no explanation ever since. Beginning to feel like a robbery. Buyer now has zero urgency since they have my item and Grailed doesn't even reply to emails when i have $1000+ on hold. Their “help” and FAQ page is full of nothing but wrong information and this company has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. If you have expensive luxury items take them somewhere else to sell

So I bought an item off Grailed and upon receiving it, the item looks nothing like the pictures the seller had posted (completely different color, different fading, different level of worn out). When I brought this up to Grailed and even attached photos for proof, one of their agents (Emily) reached out after a day and basically did nothing. Her solution was that I could re-list the item and hope to sell it to someone else. In this way, they keep you on their platform while not taking any action against the seller, thereby encouraging and validating a toxic and dishonest selling environment. Whatever “purchase protection guarantee” they say you have is a lie!
