If you guys accepted Apple Pay or honestly just debit cards this app would be 100%. PayPal always has and always will be problematic

First off very poor customer service they are no help at all to save your money & time do not shop with this app I’m a sneaker head & I tried ordering shoes off there because it say trusted or whatever through PayPal but I ended up getting a email after saying they banned the account I brought the shoes from & now I got to go through all this work by myself with no help from this app so once again save your time & money.

annoying and full of scammers

i was trying to offer on two items but when I checked my phone again, i got an email saying my account was frozen, and then later it said i was banned. May I have a reason why? And will you guys allow me to offer again? will i be able to get all of my “favorite”items back? my offers were only $20-$30 lower than the price that was posted. Do you have any proof of me violating the terms and conditions? is it my paypal account? I have enough money to buy if they accept the offer. Im fully verified. I tried to make another account and buy the items but you guys banned that EXTREMELY FAST and I want an explanation because i dont have anymore emails to sign up with and im not making a new one just for grailed. maybe yall should look into giving your customers more transparency rather than shadowbanning people.

Sold a fake item, money not returned

I’ve been on Grailed for 5 years now. I’ve heard stories of people getting sold fakes but i never believed it because Grailed “authenticates” all items before listing. I Bought a pair of “Undercover Jun Takahashi” combat boots from a popular user +75 sales 4.5/5 Star rating seller. upon receiving them i realized they didn’t fit so i tried to relist them, in the app there is an option to repost any listing you bought, i relisted them under the same name and brand assuming they were legit. After having my listing taken down over 7 times i became suspicious of the boots authenticity so i took them for verification, within hours they were confirmed fake by experts AND grailed authenticators. I opened a paypal dispute and then asked the seller if they could refund me, they repeatedly offered me a partial refund (they didn’t want to pay to ship them back). Grailed did nothing to help the situation, all they did was refer me to paypal, who sided with the seller. Now im stuck with a pair of fake boots. I don't know what to even do at this point, grailed is unresponsive, usually sending replies around 4am EST and they only do email communication. They have known the seller sold me fakes for over a month and they are still allowing them to continue selling on the platform.
