If I could give it 0 stars I would – Grailed – Buy & Sell Fashion Review

A customer made a purchase.. the linked PayPal I have to my account didn’t receive the payment. So I wasn’t gonna send the item until I could see that it was a pending payment. I contacted grailed three times no answer. Two weeks later the buyer files a claim I ended up losing the case. I HAD TO PAY HIM BACK. So I lost money and didn’t even sell a item. Don’t waste your time with this app they’re no HELP!
