Grailed locked me out of my account randomly and didn’t even send me an email saying my account was locked or why. I had to reach out to customer service which took 3 days to respond to me. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in my life. I lost out on 2 sales that would’ve made me over $1,000 because Grailed deleted my account. You cannot send pictures through grailed messenger so I give customers my Instagram so I can send them more pictures of the items. Grailed algorithm sees this and counts it as trying to make a deal not through the app. I never received one email warning me I couldn’t do this or anything. They just randomly deleted my account and will bro help resolve the issue. Ive been in contact with customer service for three days now and received one email saying there’s nothing they can do. Their Instagram responded faster than their actual customer service. Grailed doesn’t even have live customer support, it’s all through automated emails. The number listed as their customer support number is just an automated voicemail telling you to file a claim online. IF GRAILED JUST READ THE MESSAGES FOR BOTH SALES (which I told them to do) THEY WOULD SEE I WASNT TRYING TO MAKE DEALS OFFLINE. To make matters worse both sales were done through grailed, I was going to ship them the next morning. So the deleted my account without telling me for trying to sell offline. Even though both items they said I was going to sell offline I sold through the app. Most unprofessional and irritating experience I’ve ever had and grailed customer support is worse. Lost $1,000 in sales for providing more pictures to the customer who requested them!

I was in search of a pair of Dior B23 sneakers. And I downloaded this app and took a look. Just Wow. Literally most of the listings of the Dior sneakers are fake and some of them are even “digitally authenticated”.
