This is the worst email app imaginable. It seems like the devs thought to themselves “How can we make an email app that will be the worst ever made and really frustrate the users?” You can’t copy or paste. When you search it only searches the subject line and the sender. It does not search in the emails, why? Often when I am looking for an email I think of a keyword that would be in the email and search that to find it. You can’t do that on the GOOD app. The only thing that could make this app worse is if it made you wait 5 minutes between ever letter you type.

This is why BlackBerry as a less than one percent market share. They only ones who use this app are the ones required under penalty of termination to use it by our employer. Let us name the ways this app fails. The list is long (and documented throughout these reviews).

After this update the app won’t load my emails on command. I have to wait until much much later, but usually the following day to see emails in my inbox today. Your app support sends me to the blackberry page to get lost in so I’ll just give the app the 0 star review it deserves for being useless. Might as well carry around a laptop and a portable generator instead. Great job with fixing that “critical” bug and creating another.

Over and over this app provides frustration. Sometimes it actually works but more often it will not work with the pki app. E-mails will not decrypt, will not open and after spending time writing an email it will not send. This is by far the worst app for e-mail encryption available.

It’s absolutely pathetic that this app even exists. In 2018, there is no excuse for a secure email app to not have the functionality of a regular email app. It does not update to show accurate amount of emails, will not give you any useful information about calendar appointment reminders, doesn’t sync with actual inbox and lacks any intuitiveness whatsoever. Counting down the days until I can delete this garbage from my phone.

My experience with this app has been terrible. Very slow to start up, very slow to update, limited functionality, cumbersome interface, etc.

I have struggled with the same issues as many of the other reviewers. Namely, the need for constant refreshing, rebooting and now reinstalling. I have now had to reinstall the app three times in the last week just to get it working again.
