Worst email app I have used. It’s a shame that we’re forced to use it at my employer, as my productivity is limited by the lack of support with attachments (able to view correctly, edit, etc.). The resolution also seems low on my new iPad Pro 10.5”. Also, PLEASE add a delete email confirmation like Apple Mail as I often accidentally delete emails I need.

The app works fine as a secure, sandboxed workforce mobility solution. I prefer this to OS hooks via iOS profiles (eg - Maas360). That said, I’m extremely disappointed by the Touch ID bugginess since iOS 11 was released. The end-user support site is not impressive, but there have been plenty of vocal commentators in the App Store reviews, so these issues have certainly been reported. Update for release 3.3.2: Touch ID issues still not resolved. Seriously, Blackberry, has this become abandonware because it’s still branded as Good?

And yet my employer forces me to use it. This app brings mobile access of email and calendar back to pre iPhone days. I have to forward emails to my personal email address in order to do anything useful with them.

“Good” is a sarcastic name for such buggy and broken app. It is a random game tying to expect the app to operate in a consistent pattern. I’m not even talking about the iPhone X compatibility (that’s going to happen by 2020). I’m talking about flaws in the authentication step, lost draft emails and an UI that’s officially the worst I’ve ever seen / used. The only reason I can think a company to buy their services is being the lowest price around. That would be the only reason for getting what we pay for.

It seems like every update with “bug fix” patches makes this app worse. I have had Good on my iPhone(s) for five years. Twice in the last week I’ve had to delete and reinstall it (which involves the time consuming process of getting in touch with my IT department to get a new enterprise pin). In today’s 24/7 workplace this hinders my ability to be there for my clients and my employees when needed.

Had one issue where the app needed to be deleted and had to be downloaded again but it’s fine now.

Shame this company is even in business. They sell shackles to companies but deliver crap to the end user. Where is iPhone X support.

Lacks support for iPhone X screen resolution (Currently large black bars top and bottom wasting screen real estate). Please fix ASAP... this app is mission critical business software, please support it as such.

Stopped receiving new emails again. This app is completely useless and constantly stops working. Can't believe my company actually pays to use it. For any corporate users looking to use Good - don't! All it does is waste employees time trying to get it to work, it can never be relied upon consistently (or even occasionally)to check your emails.

Thankfully my company is migrating to a new mobile email platform later this year. Good is horrible, I have the same complaints of many of the other reviewers. Sync issues, calendar does not match my Outlook calendar, cannot see all the recipients of meetings and when someone wants to propose a different meeting time, Good cannot handle it and fails to give you the updated proposal time for the meeting. Finally, would it absolutely kill Good to add Touch ID at this point? It's only been available for every other app for at least 2 years now. Good is just plain Bad!
