I have iPhone 7 Plus. I just upgraded to iOS 11 and this Good app has random crashes and have trouble staying connected. Touch ID became useless as 8 of 10 times I have to enter password to get in (even after a few minutes of closing app). Prior to iOS 11, I was able to use Touch ID to login even after 15 minutes and beyond. Using Touch ID was one of the better features but now unusable. Please fix! Have to use this app since my company uses Good.

I find it very functional and have been using it for over a year. But the recent upgrade to IOS 11 has made it more cumbersome, since it continually needs me to login every 3-5 minutes which is getting very repetitive and irritating. Previously it would stay open for at least 15mins before having to login again.

I love the Good app for managing my work email. My company requires us to switch to Airwatch, which is awful.

Not sure if it's the IOS 11 update or a buggy release, but app crashes several times per day. Not using it that much so I think it's crashing in the background. Hope they get this resolved quickly as it's all we have for work email.

It opens only sporadically. Cannot be trusted. Update: this was my intitial review a few years ago. Now it works perfectly well for me, it seems they fixed their bugs.

Since the latest upgrade, unable to get new emails. I get the chime that I have an email once I get into it nothing!! I have to use this app but it’s very disappointing that it does not work properly

What’s the point of having Touch ID enabled when you still have to enter your password most times you maximize the app? Good is clunky to begin with, and this issue cropping up after the iOS 11 update makes it even less user-friendly.
