The joke around our workplace is there is a reason this app is called "Good" and not "Great," but even calling the app good is a huge stretch. As far as I can tell the entire success of this app is built on their sales people being able to pitch this to the IT folks at corporations with no regards for whether the end user can actually receive emails consistently. Several times a week our IT staff has to email all 100,000 employees saying a problem has been reported with this app. It is really ridiculous and makes me long for the days of BlackBerry!! Apple should insist this app be more functional or delete it from its store. It makes Apple products look bad.

Oh how I hate this app! I keep getting messages that the password for my Exchange account is incorrect. I enter my work email password and it says it's wrong. This happens every time I open my mail or contacts, including my personal items. #ihategood

Add fingerprint unlock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fix bug that ghost changes tones for the app! Add email signature to bottom of email as if you were sending from desktop!! The ONLY reason I have this app is because it's required at my work!!!!!!

This is probably the worst app. I would definitely not use it if I didn't have to. Displays badges when there are no emails to read? Not sure what it's trying to tell me at these times; the app doesn't make it clear. I'd say use an alternative if one is available.
Needs more functionality.

Decent app for quick email convos, but anything "back and forth" you will see the app needs to be more user friendly. 1. Badge notifications remain even when emails are read from a different device. Please fix. 2. URGENT! Please allow TouchID access. 3. Implement 3D Touch for quick shortcuts. 4. Email preview in notification bar needed.
