For the past few weeks my phone will not push my emails through the app. This is frustrating when I’m not able to be near my desktop for emails throughout the day. I rely on this app to remain in sync constantly and having to manually push is unreasonable. Thank you. Update: With the latest updates the app is now pushing my emails to my phone. Thank you!

Worst email program I’ve ever used. I’m forced to use for my work email. Constantly crashes and never updates properly. For example, right now I need to check my work email, but I can’t update or resync my email with the server with good app. It says connected and updated, but fails to properly update. Other times the program doesn’t send emails entirely (cuts off the email half way) or fails to decrypt emails.


TouchID has become useless after iOS 11

Please fix this app. I have been using it for while now. It’s a decent app with limited features. But after I upgraded to iOS 11, it crashes frequently and the Touch ID is of no use whatsoever. Even if I reopen the app within a few seconds, I have to reenter my password. This is becoming extremely cumbersome. Please have this fixed.


Touch ID is not working as it did before upgrade 11. Get with the program and fix it please.

Won’t even open!

Since the latest app update ~10/30/17 the app is unusable. Just crashes upon opening. Very frustrating

This is by far the worst email client application I’ve ever used. It informs me with a notification that I have new mail. I go to check said mail but the mailbox won’t refresh. I manually try and refresh it and no content is updated. I’ll try this multiple times and give up. Then later on that day, it will load my emails for half the day and ignores any emails past that n/2 mark only to refresh it later (several minutes later). The whole experience of the application is beyond poor and outdated. I’d switch if I could but this is what we are forced to use for work.

Sometimes it works....sometimes it doesn’t. No point in having fingerprint is and still have to use password most times when opening app. Navigation could be more fluid..app feels clunky and dated.

Doesn’t show me email notifications, won’t update my inbox frequently, and makes me login over and over every time I close it. It’s slow and needs an update.
