Each time this happens I have to delete the app, download a fresh copy and get new PIN number from our IT (which is only sent to business email address). Not “Good” at all. Hoping the bug is fixed soon.

I can't launch the app or have it update in background since updating to iOS 11.3

Version 3.4.0 appears to be incompatible with iOS 11.3. App crashes each time it tries to open, even after reboot.

I use the app daily for work and it does everything I need it to, except one- I use the Taskers to delegate items to my team and the app has no way to assign a task to a contact. This means when I have a brilliant idea at 2 in the morning I can write the task down, but then I have to remember to open my Outlook on the PC to actually assign it. Can this functionality be added, please?

Bad Bad Bad it works for few days every time and then starts to act weird. Btw tried it on multiple devices , different softwares and platforms. I have to reinstall it every time and get a new code from the IT admin because it is mandated at our organization as the only app to use outside of work, but i am glad that soon the entire organization is shifting to a new alternative.

Unbelievably fickle about committing application suicide at inappropriate times. IT admin has enjoyed resetting this app multiple times.

If you’re unlucky enough for your company to use this for your email or calendar service, Godspeed my friend. It’s one of the worst user experiences I’ve encountered in an app. The email server is slow and unreliable, the calendar integration with outlook lags terribly, on multiple occasions it has created duplicates of my contacts. Most recently creating 8 COPIES OF EACH CONTACT in my database! And the browser is barely functional. This product proves that everything blackberry touches turns to junk. If you have a choice, run away!

Seems unstable, login screen opens for a sec then immediately closes...leaving you unable to access the app. I’ve reinstalled it several times, it will work for a while then the same thing happens again.

Since I updated to iOS 11.3 the app shows only the mails of the last two weeks in my Sent folder. The IT team atcmy company tried everything, resetting the settings, unistalling the app, cleaning iPhone cache, reinstalling the app, even reinstalling the whole iOS, but nothing. They cannot figure out what causes the problem and Good Technologies does not offer any support. Beside my problem, this app needs a lot of improvements, like sharing attachments with other apps (as most apps now do); minimizing a new created mail, so one can check another mail for some info and get back to the new created mail to continue writting, without having to save and close it (which for now is the only option if one wants to check other mails during a compilation); HTML style (bold, italic, underline, colors, font size and font style); marking a mail as important with a flag or another color; create new folder; etc. There‘s a lot which can and must be done, it‘s 2018 - come on, guys. There‘s no sense making the app unpopular. That‘s the only way to make companies think to change to another app and service. So why offering this app?
