Huge password requirements and no biometric support make this a joke of an app it’s 2018 and Touch ID has been out for at least 5 years. Get with it. Password reset is ridiculous process too. Haven’t nearly used it passed these failures

Quite wretched. This is my fifth reinstall due to fatal errors. Quite terrible and only a major enterprise that has more emphasis on security than performance would tolerate this or pay for it.

Continuously fails to launch on the iphone6. Has to consistently be uninstalled and reinstalled. What a waste of time.

Touch/Face ID problems

Please fix the Touch/Face ID. 8 or 9 times out of 10, I’m still prompted to enter a password. I’m actually surprised when the Face ID works (iPhone X user). I would have taken a fix for this way over the “iPhone X UI enhancements “!

It’s functionality is poor. So poor that I just had it open and it closed itself out - locking me out, automatically. Now I have to reinstall via my company (for a second time this week.)

This app looks terrible on the X and given that this is used by a lot of businesses... you would think X support would be available by now. Update - Guess the developers are hibernating for the winter. Too bad blackberry bought Good, they are really flushing the app down the toilet.

I don’t know who to be upset with, my employer for forcing me to use this piece of garbage or the developers of this app. Please do something to fix the HUGE lag time in push notifications.
