Every time there is an iOS upgrade I have to call the nmci "help" desk for a new pin code. Latest glitch is trying to send an email or trying to open any attachment makes the app crash.

New mail notification tone, but won't show up on the app. 12 hrs later still no email and the app and client is up to date.

Please release an update the app constantly just shut off especially in the middle of writing an email it so frustrating!

App itself is fine for checking emails, trying to set up, or change meeting times doesn't always work. The biggest pain for me is I get a lot of pdf files sent to me as attachments, on this app they are all blank, I can't open so have to use a laptop. Latest update: Crashes several times a day, go to send an email won’t actually send, goes to sent folder with a question mark and won’t open

I wish I could give this app zero stars. It is a big waste of money. If you do not have to use it, don’t.

1) App does not sync any saved contacts or documents across devices even when they are under the same account and same AppleID 2) App can take up to 10 minutes to download a 7kb file attachment but other times can download a 3mb attachment in 30-60 seconds (still a long time) 3) The search logic for email does not include the text/body of the email so it’s minimally useful 4) The web browser operates at dial-up modem speeds, so it’s minimally useful

This app doesn’t even support Face ID on iPhone X. Not sure when it’ll support it

Iphone X screen not supported, even with the latest update. Face id for login happens 1 out of 20 times. Not sure the logic there. This could be so much better by paying attention to the little things.
