Why do I have to update my info

Trying to open the app. Keeps telling me to update my info. When I try it says it’s not correct. So now I can’t use my electronic coupons or see my gas points!

I wish I could actually use the coupons because it would be great. I have tried many time and the coupons never come off and you have to go to customer service to have them work with you. I have given up on this app it’s just not worth the frustration.

Horrible! I attempted to sign in seven times only to be told that I need a different account number that starts with #48. My card number does not start with that number! HORRIBLE!

I find that your app is not really user friendly. I have to turn off my WiFi in order to use it in the store. I don’t like that you can only add coupon items to the shopping list. You can’t search for items in the store through the app unless it’s on the weekly flyer or a coupon.

The app is great when it works properly. However, it rarely works in store. Loaded coupons sometimes disappear, then reappear. Thankfully the staff at Giant are helpful.

Can it just look like Wegman’s app? I’d like to be able to search for specific items to add to my list not just “bread”. It would also be great if the prices were there and the list could separated by aisle so I knew where to find everything I want.

Not all of the apps show up at checkout. You also have to scroll one by one to add coupons. Being digital, it should be easier to clip all of the coupons at once.

I had list my Giant card and needed to update with my new one. Could not do through app. Had to email customer service. Was told that to update card, had to go on through my computer. After that? Each time I go to use app, I need to sign on with password. And...each time it asks me to update my address. So using app each time it takes a few minutes since I’m repeatedly having to log in and then having to AGAIN update my address. The digital coupons often won’t load “technical error try again later”. NO! I’m going to store now. I do not want to try later. The Acme app is organized, does not require logging in each time, does not require me to update my address each time. And the coupons are by category. And load each time. Don’t need to come back LATER

Why does the add to Apple Wallet not work??? To be honest that was the only reason I downloaded the app to begin with.
