need to sync
Tried to register using my giant card. Have the card and number in my hand. When I enter the card number into the app registration screen it says “please enter 11 digit number starting with 48”. There are 2 numbers on the back of the card. Neither starts with 48 and neither is 11 digits long. Neither works. Come on guys. Get this app into the 21st Century.
Where the coupons?

You can add coupons all day long. But when u go to store and scan ur card, they don’t show at checkout. Doesn’t matter if u added them that day or 2 days prior. Shame since this the only way giant does coupons now. Was told it could take 24hrs to be added onto card -.- yeaaaa I have had coupons added for over a week and still don’t show up at checkout. Think I’m shopping somewhere else that actually have coupons that work
Store Location Not Found

I was excited to find this app however I found the process of registering very frustrating. For example I have a bonus card from about five years ago and wasn’t able to register using that account number. So I started over indicating I needed a new bonus card. All was well until I had to pick a store. The only store choices available are in PA...I live in VA! Searching by city, zip code did not yield any result either. So frustrating!!!

Cannot find a store, MyStore, anywhere. Also asks for bonus card number then can’t match it to my number. Since I cannot register I can’t get digital coupons defeating the purpose of the app.

This app is terrible. You can’t even open it in the store at Centerville. Half the time, no, most of the time my digital coupons don’t come off at checkout.

Zip code search returns stores from another state. Account sign up requires a rewards card number starting with ‘48’ (mine starts with ‘44’). My wife managed to link our account on her phone a year ago, and half the time the coupons don’t register at checkout. Its a shame that corporate can’t get their act together and fix their app in 2018.

Who ever redesigned this app must not have a smartphone! You can only see a small part of the offer but not how much you have to buy unless you open every single coupon. For instance it may say $1 off toothpaste but unless you open it, you wouldn’t know you had to buy 3 to get your discount. I also had issues with the discounts not even coming off. I called the corporate headquarters and they recommended I check my receipt after each visit and go to customer service to get credited for the ones that didn’t work. Who wants to check out just to have to drive a full shopping cart over to customer service and stand in line again just to get a free yogurt they were promised!? I also suggested they go back to at least putting how much you have to buy back on the scrolling coupons and they just blew it off. How is a company supposed to get better if they don’t even want to listen or help?

I can’t get the right location. I try Zip code as well as city. As a result the ads are wrong and I thought something was on sale, when it actually wasn’t. Very frustrating.
