Love the update!

Robin1221

The updated app is great. Coupons and you can attach them to your shopping list. I like that you can add to the list and it’s easier than before. I’m thinking I no longer need my paper list!! Great job. You don’t have to scroll though all of the coupons. You can click on refine and select a category -like frozen, dairy, or household- and only see coupons in that category.

Difficult and confusing

Avid Audio Book Guy

I like the idea of bargains already on my card at check out. HOWEVER, I’d like to delete items that I never buy AND be assured that the ones I’ve checked are really being used properly. PLUS every week when I attempt to go through the endless list, I have to sign in again or asked if I’ve registered. I know I’m not or could I ever be able to be a computer geek, but most companies hire them to design sites that function much more smoothly than this one. I’m beginning to use only paper coupons exclusively or go to discount stores instead. This is a shame as I have always liked GIANT. Please, correct these issues.

Could be better

DMGrocer

Please add a “clip all” button for coupons to save time without scrolling thru all coupons, similar to Wegmans app.

Doesn’t sync

avvvant

Typical Giant IT good concept, no execution. Shopping list never syncs with my computer.

Update what?

StupidConfused

The app kept telling me there was information missing on my account and that I needed to update my account information to maximize my experience with the app. There’s nothing missing from my account or anything that needs to be updated so why don’t they want me to use this?

Still won’t take my bonus card number.

need to sync

Despite the July’18 update it still won’t take my number. My bonus card does not start with a “48” and thus doesn’t work with this app despite the fact that it works in the store. Might be a nice app if only I could use it. Can’t get through to customer service.

Giant Food App Doesn’t Work

alliegirl53

Very frustrating. Would love to be able to load digital coupons on an app for my local Giant; however, the mobile app makes you select your local store and the app dos not recognize this by zip or city and state. This app would make shopping at Giant easier, but this needs more work. Don’t download - it’s a waste of time. I tried a couple of months ago and again today. Not worth the effort to use. Whole Foods knows how to use apps.

Call wegmans and copy their app

mompro3

The wegmans app is so much more user friendly than this..shopping list actually looks up items in their store (and tells me which aisle they are located in) and tells me current pricing. It also organizes on location of store. Your app is useless for grocery list unless you are buying solely from the circular. I have young three kids I am toting to the store with me—I need ease and quickness and your app is lacking in both of those.

Seldom works

DoubleTallSteve

Simply put - the coupons sometimes do not work. My phone even gets popups saying something is free and then I go to redeem and it’s not free. What’s even more telling is that one time a store employee told me “yeah sometimes if you upload a coupon it won’t work same day” — well. That’s not a good mobile app. I wish I could give this a 0 out of 5

Poor design - so frustrating

annoued by your app - fix it,

It takes 24 hours for digital coupons to load. You have to “clip” them individually. At a competitor’s store, their app allows you to automatically clip ALL coupons at once. Plus, I’ve clipped while walking through the store and redeemed them at check out. Can’t do that at Giant. Poor, poor app design Giant. I actually go to a different grocery chain when I realize I haven’t clipped your coupons in time. That’s money lost for you. Fix this!
