Disappointing!! – GIANT Food Stores Review

I had list my Giant card and needed to update with my new one. Could not do through app. Had to email customer service. Was told that to update card, had to go on through my computer. After that? Each time I go to use app, I need to sign on with password. And...each time it asks me to update my address. So using app each time it takes a few minutes since I’m repeatedly having to log in and then having to AGAIN update my address. The digital coupons often won’t load “technical error try again later”. NO! I’m going to store now. I do not want to try later. The Acme app is organized, does not require logging in each time, does not require me to update my address each time. And the coupons are by category. And load each time. Don’t need to come back LATER
