For as great as most of your stores are, it's hard to believe how awful your app is. With all the bad reviews and experiences, you would think of hiring a more capable IT team or a better app designer. You are better than this, please get it together Giant. Time for an overhaul.

I put in my zip 20781 and comes up with stores in Pa and Baltimore instead of Hyattsville and Greenbelt. Can’t find prices or coupons. Nice idea but it needs a lot of work to be really useful. Right now it’s not very user friendly.

I would love nothing more than to be a consistent app user. I downloaded the app and when I sign in at the top of the screen it asks me to download the app (what? I already did!!!) also I put in my zip code and none of the Giants in my area come up!! I live in a city! Why is this not working for me??... I’m going to have to delete the app.. sad because I really wanted to access the digital coupons.. :( please fix this mess.

No, I really know what the point of this app is. The only reason I downloaded it was because I received a flyer for digital coupons, and guess what? They’re no where to be found on the app. I can’t even locate my preferred store and there are quite a few in my city that I could choose to shop at, but NOT ONE is listed in this app. Y'all really need to spend whatever money is necessary to get this corrected. It’s quite ridiculous that people can’t easily access what you’re pushing us to. ?

This asks me to update my email every single time I open the app and never keeps me logged in. Really frustrating. I've "updated" my email about 300 times now. ?
I can't even open any more.

The newest update is worse than before - it claims I have no internet connection (then how am I reviewing this horrible app?) and won't log me in. I also had the email issue before.

This app rarely works. I often can only scroll thru one page of coupons when there are several. The “Next” button does not consistently work. The sort does not work. Often the same coupon is repeated several times. So frustrating. Giant does not seem to care. No way to let them know the problems. The “contact us” just goes in circles and you can’t actually contact.
It won't even open!

I have done all the updates, and it WILL NOT work. It opens, tries to load, then closes. My phone is up to date, the app is up to date, but nothing.

Every time I try to log into the app I have had issues. I tried yet again this morning and could not get past a screen that said my account was not up to date and to enter my email. After going around in circles with that a couple times I just deleted the app.
