There have been some wonderful improvements to the app over the past few months; however, I’d really like to have the option of deleting coupons that I clicked on by mistake or changed my mind about.
Lousy Vegan
I updated the app and can no longer log in. Whenever I enter my account info, the screen says I need to update my email address. When I enter it, a small screen appears saying I’ve successfully updated the account, but the main screen remains unchanged. Nothing I do lets me get past that screen. A store employee suggested I delete and reinstall the app but I have the same problem. Wish I hadn’t done the update.

I spoke with technical support, well over a year ago... regarding the ability to delete coupons being offered that I’ve no interest in purchasing, such as lady feminine products.... no Disrespect to women, but there’re are no women in my household... so why do I have to continue to look at these coupons over & over again. If I can add a coupon to my card, from the list of available coupons, then I should be able also to delete coupons, I’m not interested. Not the Bull? of loading everything to my card, & I’ve to look at hundreds of coupons every trip. It should be as with coupons I receive in the paper, the ones, I want, I cut out, the rest get discarded. Also, the digital coupons, I choose, I should be able to move around in an order as I’d find the items in the store, instead of the expiration date. Maybe Giant should hire 1 or 2 computer programers, who actually are knowable in the writing of computer programs, instead of the team of programers who seem to thing, that appear to take forever or never to address. I believe the problem the people whose programming tasks do not use coupons, so they may not fully understand, how; we who do use coupons actually manage the use of the coupons,

Locating products in the store is the only reason I use store apps. It’s so useful that I am starting to only shop at stores that provide this.

The app tells me “critical information is missing from your account” and sends me to the mobile site. When I enter the info, it doesn’t recognize my card. I checked on my computer, and sure enough, all my info is up to date and correct. Tried at least 10x to log into the app with no success. Would give this a big zero. Not helpful AT ALL. Giant Supermarket - you need to hire some better app developers. This app is so bad that I never want to set foot in a Giant ever again.

Everytime I open this app to attempt to use it reads We are having technical issues attempt to try again later. It's very frustrating.

Greater than 75% of time when trying to log in (accepts correct username and password) it changes to screen requesting record update with email. Green check appears and takes back to log in screen. Same thing again...and again...and again. On the rare occasion I can actually get past log in, it is nice to have coupons available as I do not get the Sunday paper for coupons and do not use internet coupon sites.

I would give this app no stars if it let me. Not only do the digital coupons NEVER work, but when I called customer service, they were terrible too and wanted me to list every coupon that didn’t work. I told them NONE work...ever. But he still wanted me to list each one! How would I know which ones I wanted to use over a 2 month time span? Ridiculous. Get your sh*t together Giant.

Should have the functionality to remove loaded coupons from your selected list. Especially, for those you checked in error. Or, no longer want to use. Some coupons may not expire for over a year and will remain on your checked list until that time. Annoying. Needs barcode scanner for quick search of any available coupons instead of scrolling or typing. Very frustrating with loaded coupons that do not apply to your receipt. Had several occasions when they were not applied when I met the purchase requirements. Need to have e-receipts tied to account. Instead of killing a rainforest of trees with paper receipts at checkout. However, some of the recent upgrade improvements helped with the overall easy and functionality of the app and utilizing touch/face id.
