I use this Giant stores app and I think it is great. I am 65 years old and using the app is very user friendly. They must have fixed many of the issues stated by previous reviewers. You do not have to sort through scores of items to select. Just refine your search to narrow it down by category. My selections go directly to my shopping list including the coupons. Check out is a breeze.

Problematic app

This app has not allowed me to link my online account nor my Giant card. It’s only picking up stores in PA. I tried my store zip code, city and state but it’s still not recognizing my store. So I guess I’m going to have to scrap the app and just load the coupons to my card and hope they come off at the register. Giant I’m disappointed in your app. I expected more.

Can’t Ever Log In

You need to know your actual bonus card number to even sign up for an account which is horribly inconvenient. Just as in the store, you should be able to look it up with the phone number. I highly doubt most people have their card or even know their number easily. Major hassle and makes the app useless since I can’t create an account and use the coupons.

Don't waste the data space!

Deals don't match the store and coupon multiples appear allowed, but don't show up in the total. You'll spend more time at customer service "scrapping" for money back than actually shopping. What a crap show!

Great concept, terrible execution

I like the stores and the convenience of the app. Unfortunately the app never seems to initialize when I need it too (like at checkout). While I like the huge selection of coupons, I hate that I have to sort through all of them to find the two I want.

A real help when shopping

I really like this app a lot. I actually think it’s the best app for grocery shopping. You can create your shopping list, click on coupons and view the circular and add those items to your shopping list. No need for pen and paper. The one downside is with the new update and creating a shopping list you used to have pictures of items and also while typing in my list I used to be able to select the quantity. Now I have to go back to select the number. Is there any way to fix this? Also I really miss the pictures ie- apples, bananas etc. can we get that back for creating your shopping list? Thanks

Never recognizes login. Even when using a new email it still will not work. The whole bonus card thing needs revamped. It never recognizes my wife or my phone numbers at the store.

I’d like to be able to delete coupons, please!!

There have been some wonderful improvements to the app over the past few months; however, I’d really like to have the option of deleting coupons that I clicked on by mistake or changed my mind about.

Don't let any of the negative reviews deter you from downloading! App is fast & very easy to use. Love the touchID feature too. Tells you how many gas points you have & when they are expiring.

Difficult and confusing

I like the idea of bargains already on my card at check out. HOWEVER, I’d like to delete items that I never buy AND be assured that the ones I’ve checked are really being used properly. PLUS every week when I attempt to go through the endless list, I have to sign in again or asked if I’ve registered. I know I’m not or could I ever be able to be a computer geek, but most companies hire them to design sites that function much more smoothly than this one. I’m beginning to use only paper coupons exclusively or go to discount stores instead. This is a shame as I have always liked GIANT. Please, correct these issues.
