Added bonus card, all contact info, picked store & nothing happens when I hit 'create account'. Have iPhone 6.

Won't let you create an account

Same problem as other users. I went through all of the steps and it won't let me create an account. All info that I listed was correct. The tab that you are suppose to click that says "create account" is grey and nothing happens when you click on it. Waste of time!

Needs a lot of work

I can add a few coupons to my card but cannot access all of them. It says there's 196 coupons but I only see 5. When I tap the additional coupons tab the app kicks me out. That's only when the app works.

At one time this app worked but now it won't go past the "my giant" screen. You would think a large chain store like this could do better. I didn't even want to give it one star!

Like many other folks, the app won't let me create an account. For what I spend at Giant every month they should be able to hire better app developers.

Fix your zip code to create account

The app automatically adds your zip+four. Delete the last 4 numbers and the "create account" button will become clickable.

Create account does not respond after everything is filled in. This should be in basic App 101 What's up Giant Food? You should be embarrassed. Shame shame

Frozen App

Horrible App!! After the last update, the app cannot be opened. It is grey on my home screen and says "Waiting". I cannot delete the app either! I reset my phone and that didn't change anything. The app is stuck on my home screen in the "Waiting" Status just frozen.

Bad coupon system

It's great that you can load coupons to your bonus card and view them in this app while shopping. However, when you USE the coupons they do not disappear from your account and cannot be redeemed again, so you don't know what coupons you really have left to use. They do go away after their expiration date but until then still show as valid... but when you go to the checkout they do not work. This would be a nice app of that feature was fixed.

After entering your giant card number, it automatically enters some information. Make sure your ZIP CODE is a 5 digit number, it automatically entered in a 9 digit number for me and wouldn't allow account activation without the change. Hope it helps your difficulties.
