I love this app because it records all my actives! Tracks you sleep and more I suggest this app for everyone.
App is not getting fixed. Who’s running that place?

I’ve had a Garmin for 6 years now: first a forerunner, then a vivoactive, and now a Fenix 5. As I’ve upgraded each watch, I’ve loved the functionality even more until iOS 13 came and the Connect App was suddenly garbage. Anytime I turn my phone off, I have to re-sign in to the app and it reconnects my Fenix 5 as a new device, deleting all my previous training data from the watch. Now every time I perform an activity i set records for distance and time and it has no recognition of my health status as it relates to my span of training. I’ve contacted App support twice and basically gotten the brush off either telling me fixes or workarounds that don’t work or telling me “the engineers are working on it”. I don’t know what’s a critical mass of 1 Star reviews before they make a change but if it’s not soon, I’m gonna take my money and support to Suunto.

Since this most recent update this app is signing me out daily. I’m not sure what upgrades they did but it was only the opposite for me. I check my app 10 times daily to see my steps and also log food but currently I’m having to sign back in set up the profile at least twice a day.
Doesn’t open after update!

The app is great! Consistent and quick pairing with watch. I have the fenix 5 and software pushes through the app work great as well. Also app layout is easy to use. I wish the app collected activity input from Apple Health. I use my Series 5 Apple Watch to track my daily steps and activity. I wish Garmin could input that data. Overall extremely pleased with services from Garmin.

Overall a decent app. Lightyears above the original release but can you release updates so that I don’t have to continually re-add my devices? I could use the ten minutes back each time I have to add three devices.
Something is wrong - please fix

The app keeps resetting and I have to create a new profile every time I open it. I already have an account. It also states it is having trouble syncing to my watch (Fenix 5S Plus) even though the finished workout has already been loaded on Training Peaks. I don’t want to delete the app and reload it every time to want to get on Garmin Connect. Please fix!
About to give up on Garmin

For the last 5 years I have used a Garmin fitness tracker, and was always very happy with the ease of use of the tracker and the app. I have highly recommended my tracker to friends, and they have gotten one too! However, for the last 2 months, I have had to re-sign in to the app just about every day. It’s gotten extremely frustrating. Half the time, it won’t even let me sign in. Every attempt takes a few minutes. I can’t tell you how many hours of my life I’ve wasted trying to connect to this app. I’m about ready to give up on Garmin altogether since the app has become almost useless to me. I’ve been considering just getting an Apple Watch instead. I’d hate to lose all of the stats I’ve been tracking for the last 5 years though! So please, do something about this problem! I know I’m not the only one!

I don’t know what’s happened lately but my device isn’t connecting with the app consistently. Sometimes when I open the app it won’t update until I turn everything off, including Bluetooth, and then turn it back on. It’s incredibly frustrating. I keep Bluetooth on my device and phone at all times and I used to just open the app and it would update but now I have to force it, and it’s constantly asking me to pair the device even though it’s been paired with my app for a year. Garmin needs to fix this. Very disappointing.
