Pairing impossible

disliking my first Garmin

Pairing Forerunner 35 to an IPhone has been impossible. I don’t have to worry about syncing issues because I can’t get to that point. It has been the worst experience- have spent hours and am no closer.


Good app with high aims

This app is pretty solid for shooting to have such a huge amount of functionality. One thing it REALLY needs is the ability to selectively edit notifications, beyond “calls only” and “all”. For instance, I would really like to get call, text, and calendar notifications without getting all the others. This would be a great improvement!


Vivofit 3 Split Screen STILL Broken After 5 Updates!!

Split screen mode no STILL doesn’t work even after the most recent update. Keeps reverting back to full screen mode on the Vivofit 3 in the app. Please fix ASAP! Really would love to get back the split screen mode. Please help!

The app is glitching and wont let me get past the privacy policy, so i guess i’ll be returning my vivosmart 3. Awesome.


Won’t let me create account.

This app is awful. I’m trying to create an account to sync my new watch but keeps crashing each time I try to create an account with email OR Facebook. Garmin you need to fire the product manager or engineer who released this update without end to end QA testing. Because of this terrible app I cannot sync my $400 watch and use its full feature set. I Will be returning if app is not fixed in the next couple days.


Notifications are such a problem

Smart notifications do not exist. Android options are so much better. Thinking of returning watch.

Love the app! I added my weight and can track that as well as miles. Really simple graphics too. Sometime I will have to pair my watch as the app gets updated frequently. I wish that was easier but all in all it’s all good. See you on the road.


Connection Issues

I have a Garmin Vivofit 3 and I continually have connection issues with the Connect app. I’ve done the soft reboot several times and it still won’t connect. I’ve tried to contact customer service and that hasn’t helped. It can be very frustrating. Currently my device is not connecting to the app.

Keep track and succeed

So sick and tired of my watch disconnected from phone when they are next to each other. Outside of other minor issues. This is my biggest problem. Connected one min not connected the next. it is constantly connecting and disconnecting.
