App is not getting fixed. Who’s running that place? – Garmin Connect™ Review

I’ve had a Garmin for 6 years now: first a forerunner, then a vivoactive, and now a Fenix 5. As I’ve upgraded each watch, I’ve loved the functionality even more until iOS 13 came and the Connect App was suddenly garbage. Anytime I turn my phone off, I have to re-sign in to the app and it reconnects my Fenix 5 as a new device, deleting all my previous training data from the watch. Now every time I perform an activity i set records for distance and time and it has no recognition of my health status as it relates to my span of training. I’ve contacted App support twice and basically gotten the brush off either telling me fixes or workarounds that don’t work or telling me “the engineers are working on it”. I don’t know what’s a critical mass of 1 Star reviews before they make a change but if it’s not soon, I’m gonna take my money and support to Suunto.
